Warren has over 15 years’ experience as head trader for major global banks. He has a stellar track record as a trader and has successfully navigated many financial crisis. He has a strong conviction on quantitative trading strategy and impact investment. He is instrumental in building the model behind the 1.5°C Fund.

His previous roles included Deputy Head of Capital Markets Asia (Bank of Nova Scotia), Global Head of Equity Derivatives & Convertibles (Standard Chartered Bank), Head of Equity Derivatives (Bank of China International) and Head of Equity Derivatives Trading (Deutche Bank). Warren was also one of the pioneer designers of structured products for the global retail and private banking sector. He is an MBA graduate of Columbia University, and a engineering graduate from University of Toronto.
